My name is Esther Banda from Zambia. I am the Miss Southern Africa UK 2005. One of my responsibility as Miss Southern Africa is to work with the less privileged people in Africa. As an influential member of the African community in the UK I am involved in fund raising activities for funsani.org.uk, a UK based charity that supports orphaned children in Southern Africa. In addition, I organise events that provide a great opportunity to network with people in the fashion industry, promoters, business people, charity workers and other beauty queens.
